Still Hiatus

I'm so sorry... I haven't worked on the comic at all lately. I haven't even started on a new page.

This week has been so horrible for me... On monday and tuesday, I had to stay after school to practice for choir, which is a requirement. On wednesday, I had to explain to my teacher why I couldn't stay after. I had to play my cello for my elementary school, then go to a concert that night. I came back really late. Then, thursday, I had another concert with my choir. Today, I had a concert and I'm extremely tired. Tomorrow, I'm trying out for all south jersey high school orchestra, and on sunday, I'll be playing at another concert.

I'm so stressed and upset... I'm not doing well with my cello at all, and I have so much pressure... Tomorrow's an important audition for me, and I really don't want to screw it up like it did all the other years...

If someone asks how long I have been playing, I would be so embarrassed to tell them, only because my skill level is so low for how long I have been playing. I seem almost stupid.

Also, even if I'm doing all my homework (every SINGLE one), I'm failing Geometry and Chemistry... I can't take tests, and I don't understand what my teacher is saying ever...

I'm crying and stressed and under pressure and depressed and I really don't know what to do...

I really can't handle everything at once, and I'm so tired right now.

But let me tell you... the one thing I would love to be working on is the comic... I would rather work on the comic than deal with this.

Again, I'm so sorry. I will make sure to keep you updated.

Hiatus

Hello, everyone.

Unfortunately, there will be a Hiatus. I'll tell the reasons why:

1. I asked to do a page for Night School (Which is done by Amelius, creator of Charby the Vampirate, and Evil Emperor Nick.) I have to finish the page. It was due a while ago and it's practically all that I'm working on. So go check the comic out. It's awesome.

2. There are some drawings I promised to draw on DeviantArt, and I haven't drawn them yet. I completely forgot about it! Guess how long ago that was?! Summer vacation long ago!

3. SCHOOL WORK O_O I failed a Geometry test I studied for. I even went after school for help. I was in tears when I found out. So I have to study...

So, unfortunately, I won't be here for a while. I hope you understand how busy I am... It's not fun being busy. I wish everything was over with so I can update this comic more frequently...

Sorry, guys! I hope I can see you all soon! This month is going to be a busy one...

Oh, and HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!! Get some damn turkey!

FIRST OF ALL...
I'm sorry the update was late! As I said in my notes, I will ATTEMPT to update next week. But that's not a promise. I wish I could make it one, though.

SECOND OF ALL...
Yep! Caden lives in an absolutely huge house, and he's still weepy and upset. I mean, DAMN! His room is 2 stories! If I were him, screw the love interest! I live in a big house! Also, the drawings will get better. This was more or less an experiment. I didn't like how it turned out, so I'm going to put a few changes. Although, I guess I put more attention into the background. I'm hoping the backgrounds will improve.

THIRD OF ALL...
Did you notice something different? If you look over and under the comic, I added an about and character page!!! Haha! Yes! The others will come soon. I'm going to make a forum at the 50th page of this comic. I'm guessing it'll be popular enough to hold one. For the gallery, I may add one soon. The fanart page, I'm going to wait until I get fanart. If I ever get it, hehe! If you wanna draw fanart, wait until I have the page up, because I'll have the directions on how to give me fanart. I will get the links up soon.

Well, I'm growing more and more attached to this comic, so I'll have to keep updating! ^_^

Thanks for everything, guys! The comments have really helped me feel good about this comic!

Hey, everyone.

If you look at the top of the page, I crossed out 'every sunday' and put 'whenever'. Because of my busy schedual, I can't draw the comic every sunday. Also, since halloween is coming up, I am making a costume. Because it's like a tradition for meee! SO FUN!!! I'll post a picture on my DeviantArt when I'm done.

When will Black Streaks update? Hmm... I'll TRY to make it this weekend. If not, maybe a couple days after. :)

Not only did I not update for more than a month, I didn't say a word, acting like I was dead... Also, I don't have any excuses... I can't lie... Heyyy everyone!!! I'm halfway done the third page! I'm letting you know to show you that I'm not dead XD

I'm almost done the shading, and then I'll be doing screentones and backgrounds.

I really have to work on my backgrounds... they're really bad. I mean, look at the last panel!!! FKDJLKS It sucks!!! I really have to work on it.

The reason why I'm doing this comic is to get my art skills up... You see, I really want to join Tokyopop's Rising Stars of Manga. I was going to join up this year, but I decided to practice for another year instead. I tried out when I was 12. I looked at my entry again today, and it is so horrible. I bet the judges laughed and thought I was foolish. The next time, I SHALL CONCOUR!!! XDD

Anyway, after this update, there may not be an update for just a little while, because I held a contest on my DeviantArt, and I'm drawing pictures for the winners. I have to go back and forth with that one.

I have the worst news ever. My computer has now the blue screen of death, and won't be working for another couple days. I can't work on my comic at all, because that scanner is there. If I were to work on it traditionally, it wouldn't have the same quality. So I can't work on it for some time. I apologize...

Hopefully all of my files won't be destroyed... Oh well. All I need is the internet and MapleStory in order to function. (OMG I PLAY MAPLESTORY!!!) So I'm using my brother's computer to post stuff and get in contact with the public.

So, I'm sorry.

But it doesn't faze me at all. It's just the fact that I don't wanna disappoint people.

Even if my comic isn't popular enough to disappoint.

Hehe. So, I'll try to put updates about my computer and what's happening to it. If I can kick my brother off his computer. Hell, he doesn't even know that I'm on it right now.

Well, I should go spread the news onto my DeviantArt.

Yay!!! The second page is up! Yeah yeah... I know I said I was going to update last night. I finished the page, but my dad was using his computer, so I couldn't print it out to scan it. Sorry. Oh well, at least I got it up!!!

Next update? Well, I update from once or twice a week.

Bad news. I'm going to have school soon, so updates might be delayed... Bah, homework will be crazy. Oh well. At least I'm still here :D

Just to let you know, I do lineart and speech bubbles one day, details and shading the next day, screentones the next day, and backgrounds the last day. That's how I do it usually, but if I have time, I skip onto the next step.

Heyy all! Before you freak out on me, I just have to say that I'm almost done the second page, and I'll be updating tonight. Yeeaah. Almost done. *cough*

I'm such a n00b.

Uh... so I don't make this update completely useless, I will talk to you about my other comics!

1. Welcome to Ice Cream Town
This comic was a completely cute chibi thingie that I did a couple years back. I did about 5 pages (or less...) then quit. Oh, I had the whole story developed and everything, I was just too damn lazy to work on it.

2. Ancient
It's suprisingly still up. But I won't give you the link, since it's embarrasing to see. Maybe someone will delete it in the future. But anyway, I did two comics then got completely bored with it, and threw it away. Why? Because I'm lazy. This happened just one year ago.

NOW I'M BACK!! AND AS CONFIDENT AS EVAR!!! I shall keep working on this comic for at least a year or two. YES!

The Producers is an awesome movie. I didn't know Uma Therman and Will Farrel could sing. Huh. Pretty crazy.

I know, I promised to update yesterday... but I forgot I have a birthday party to prepare for today and tomorrow... Cleaning must happen!!! I'll work on the second page tonight, but it's not a guarentee that it'll be finished. Same with tomorrow.

Uh... I'm not doing the screen tones yet, but I'm doing all of the details, like shading and stuff... it's slowly getting there! Hey, I'm doing my best here, and I want to give every page my all. So... don't get mad at me for trying my best! Even if no one reads this comic yet!!! XD

I just drew out page 2! Now I have to just add shading and screentones! Which will take a very long time! Please be patient. I think the update will be tomorrow, since I have a break from work.

Also... Do you like the new website?! I promise, it'll be better, but I worked really hard on it! I don't know much about HTML, so I had to really learn it! I'm so glad my website didn't mess up and get destroyed or something, because I tend to do that. Well, enjoy the new site!

Online Comics

Yes, yes... I have a long list of online comics that I know and love. Online comics are good. They're free. And a lot of them are good. Thus, the rest are not.

I shall share these comics of mine. There are many. This shall take a long time to do.

These comics are the ones suitable for everyone to read. Meaning they don't have guts.

Mechagical Girl Lisa A.N.T

A complete mockery of Magical Girl anime/manga. Pretty funny, you should read it. The art work is pretty good, too.

Sharing a Universe

Heh... The start for this comic was a little shakey, but everything turned out perfectly in the end. A cute comic that seems typical at first, but turns out to be original.

The Way to your Heart

Rock singer is pissed off at girl. Girl is sad. Girl falls in love with drummer. Rock singer is still pissed. The layout isn't bad, and the artwork is pretty good.

Ugly Girl

About a girl with a low self-esteem. The storyline is original, and the style is very unique. There's a little language.

Tile

Completely silly. No storyline. But still silly.

Candi

About a girl in college. She has pink hair. That's why you should read it. Has drinking.

Red String

A complete drama. Usually, dramas piss me off, but this one hasn't. The artwork's just too good. Read it. It may somehow latch you onto it and pull you in. Has very light female x female

Fate's Tear

The character designs are awesome. I'm not sure if it has guts yet, because the comic began not too long ago. It's still enjoyable.

White Noise

The artwork for the comic is also beautiful. It has an interesting storyline. You should read it, the main characters rock.

These comics have guts:

Kurenai Mashin

This was my favorite comic for a very long time. A sexy blind elf that carries a sword. Good deal. Has guts, but it's not too bad.

LeveL

It may seem goody goody at first, but it gets pretty violent towards the back of things. The storyline is original and the artwork is gorgeous.

Myralice

The storyline for this comic is pretty original. A little sad, though. The artwork is also very nice. This is also sort of new. The rating says 13+ for violence, blood, and death.

No Need for Bushido

Hah! This comic is sort of a mockery of Rurouni Kenshin. Well... I'm not sure if the artist admires Rurouni Kenshin, or mocks it, but I think it's awesome. It's really funny, and brings out good points. I smile upon this comic. Has blood.

Inverloch

The artwork for the comic is absolutely GORGEOUS. That's why it's so famous. The storyline is also original, and the characters are different and interesting. Has some blood. Not too much, though.

Strange Fruit

A comic that is very interesting. Even though you sometimes have no clue to what's going on, you would still love this comic a lot. It's sometimes really cute. Oh, and it's got LOTS of blood sometimes. Just sometimes.

Sparkling Generation Valkyrie Yuuki

Hah! Another mockery of Magical Girl Anime. It's funny, and is presented in a very good way. Contains light nudity and violence.

Echzeon

This comic is also at the beginning. It's not so bloody, but I have the feeling it might be. But I'm not sure. So I'm posting it here just in case. Yep. I like the character designs.

Seal of the Devil

This comic doesn't have any blood, or I can't remember if it does. But it's awesome. The storyline is also original. It's actually kind of cute. Which is good. In the hood. The artwork is A+.

Dominic Deegan

A long time favorite that I very much enjoy. It contains magic, seers, a little sex, and a little fun. Shenanigans are indeed part. It's a comic you can hug. Has a lot of blood. Occasionally.

These comics have sexual situations and homosexuality:

Soccer is full of Cheese

Even if this comic just started, you can tell that there will be some hardcore man to man action. It even says a warning at the top of the page that there will be. But it's okay. I'm into that. I'm just not sure if it has nudity. And the artwork is wonderful, and kind of cute.

Flipside

This comic is absolutely wonderful. Everything about it is awesome. The artwork, storyline, characters... It has crazy hardcore nudity, female homosexuality, and SEX. And blood. And cussing.

Friendly Hostility

This comic is extremely cute, funny, and different. The two main characters are bi and gay. There's kissing and huggling, but no sex. So it's not bad. But it's awfully funny, and brings out the best points.

Strip Tease

This comic also has sex, nudity, and female action (which was extremely surprising to me). It started off as a simple, cute, comic about some comicbook artist, but it turns hardcore. Very hardcore. To the max.

Junk Riot

This is mostly a drama comic. No blood. Just cussing and sex. A lot of nudity. I warn you.

These comics are hard to categorize, but they're still MA:

Gorgeous Princess Creamy Beamy

Yet ANOTHER comic that mocks Magical Girl Anime. This is probably the funniest of all of the mockeries, because it's just so gruesome in every way. Imagine Sailor moon, extremely fat, that must eat to gain energy. That's hilarious! Will cause a great laugh. It has nudity, blood, and cussing. I think. But it has a lot of nudity. Female nudity. Which caught me by suprise.

So Common, So Cheap

I am absolutely in love with this comic. It's so funny to me! The style is extremely cute. This comic brings out the best points of steriotypes. Uh... has blood (or cutting of the wrists), a lot of cussing, and just might offend.

Those are my comics. Read all of them. Then love them. Then have sex with them. They are just that good.
